I took a highway of infatuation

Whose amplitude read love

The road was smooth and frictionless

And I prioritized you to all above

We created a lot of memories

That I forever wanted to treasure

But then I’d reached the downslope of separation

Which flipped over all the pleasure

For pleasure came before conscience

And hurt came with all the flaws therewith

To fill up the void love vybes amplified

And dismantle the highway of my lost nature

As my infatuation lay baseless

In favour of your lies and the heat you professed

For soon the heart found the truth

And rode on waves of reality

That beneath all the electricity

There lay nothing but adversity

Hence my downslope of separation

Served only as a channel of my realization.
