It is the same for me, I start to cry about one thing, then end up sobbing about all that is wrong with the world and how I can make it better (but I can’t do it on my own). Great poem! Beautifully worded and very relatable. Keep up the good work!

I think the saddest thing is when people apologise for crying.. tears open up the soul and body to hidden truths and I also get triggered by one thing which taps the other sorrows like an underground river. Hugs and love to you ❤

Crying is healing. Tears are poisonous lakes. Sobbing is a discharge of negative energy. Crying doesn’t make you less of a man/woman 😊
